Thrive Savings Refer a Friend Campaign

Terms & Conditions – Thrive Savings Refer a Friend Campaign
The Promotion begins on April 5th, 2019 at 12:00AM ET and ends on May 5th, 2019 at 11:59PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Thrive Savings Refer a Friend Campaign is intended for use by Thrive Savings Inc. (“Thrive Savings”) clients (each a “Client”) to refer their friends (each an “Referee”). By doing so, Clients who refer Referees, and Referees who sign up for a Thrive Savings account, hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:
How to Qualify
A Client and Referee will each receive a Savings Bonus (as described below) if:
- The Client refers a Referee to Thrive Savings, using the phone number associated with the Client’s Thrive Savings account;
- The Referees deposits, within 30 days of the referral, a minimum $20 CDN in their respective Thrive Savings account (the “Minimum Balance”).
Provided the Client qualifies for the Savings Bonus, the applicable Savings Bonus will be calculated monthly on the closing Thrive Savings balance and paid monthly for the next 6 months from the date of qualification. The Savings Bonus will only apply to a maximum Thrive Savings balance of $10,000.00.
By accepting these terms and conditions:
- when the Client refers a Referee, the Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the requirements listed herein will allow the Referee to know that the Client has received a Savings Bonus;
- when the Referee signs up for a Thrive Savings account, the Referee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the requirements listed herein will allow the Client to know that the Referee has opened a Thrive Savings account, made a deposit within a certain range, and has received a Savings Bonus.
By participating in this promotion the Client and each Referee hereby consent to this disclosure of their personal information for this limited purpose. If Thrive Savings does not pay a Savings Bonus as a result of the requirements listed herein not being met, the Client is not entitled to know the specific reason for the Client and Referee’s ineligibility to receive a Savings Bonus.
- A Client may refer more than one Referee but will only receive the Savings Bonus once. No more than one Savings Bonus can be awarded to the Client in respect of a referral to a Referee and if a Referee opens more than one Thrive Savings account only one of those accounts is eligible for a Savings Bonus.
- Referees must not be an existing Thrive Savings account holder at the time the Client made the referral.
- Net new savings are cash sourced from a non-Thrive Savings account. The Thrive Savings account cannot be funded by transferring funds directly or indirectly from another account within Thrive Savings. This will be tracked from the beginning of the Promotion Period (April 5, 2019) through to the end of the Saving Bonus period (6 months).
- Thrive Savings may cancel, revise, or change the terms of the Promotion (including the Promotion Period) at any time.
- Thrive Savings employees and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible. No exceptions will be made.
Other restrictions may apply.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Thrive Savings website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
