In general, you can visit www.thrivesavings.com without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. When you submit an inquiry via our Services or register for a Thrive account, you are invited to provide us with detailed personal information. “Personal Information” is information about an identifiable individual.

We collect your name, address, gender, mobile phone number and email address to contact you, open and maintain your account and provide you with better customer service when you contact us.

THIRD PARTY CREDENTIALS:
You may also provide Thrive with certain credentials for third party payment services (“Third Party Sites”) when you authorize us to connect to them on your behalf.

INFORMATION FROM THIRD-PARTY SITES:
When you agree to have Thrive connect to any Third Party Sites on your behalf, in order to calculate the amount of the pre-authorized debits required for the Thrive Services, we will collect transaction-level data from the Third Party Sites via our Services.
